Do you actually use volume, or ignore it because forex lacks real data?

Volume works well in futures and crypto, but forex traders deal with tick volume instead of real volume. Some traders rely on volume profile and VWAP, others skip volume entirely. Do you use volume in your trading, and how does it differ across markets?
