Do you use order flow and footprint charts, or stick to traditional charts?

Order flow tools reveal buying and selling pressure, absorption, and imbalances in futures and crypto. Traditional chartists find them overwhelming. Some traders say order flow changed everything, others call it noise. Do you use order flow tools in your trading?
