How do you set your Stop Loss when trading tight Order Blocks or Breaker Blocks?

Placing SL right at the edge of an OB offers great R:R, but leaves you vulnerable to noise. Do you add a buffer for spread, or keep it strictly mechanical at the structural wick high/low?
