Do you use pending orders or market execution?

Do you prefer setting Buy/Sell Limits at key POIs (FVGs / Order Blocks), or do you wait for price to arrive and enter with Market Execution? Limit orders give better R:R, but market execution avoids getting left behind. What's your style?
