Have you seen traders banned for exploiting demo server errors?

Some prop firm challenges run on demo servers with pricing glitches, lag spikes, or order errors. Traders who exploit these get banned and lose payouts, even if the platform allowed the trade. Have you seen this happen, and should firms punish it?
