How do you determine if a Market Structure Shift (MSS) on the 1-minute chart is trustworthy?

1-minute shifts can frequently be noise or micro-sweeps. What higher timeframe confluence (5m/15m FVG or OB) must be present to validate a 1m structural displacement?
