How do you classify a Liquidity Pool sweep that happens on a 1-minute chart versus a 15-minute chart?

Is a 1-minute sweep of equal highs enough to trigger a high-probability reversal entry, or do you require the sweep to occur on the 15-minute timeframe or higher?
