How do you evaluate the reliability of a 1-minute Fair Value Gap during the NY PM session (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST)?

Volume generally tapers off during the late NY session. Do you require higher-timeframe POI alignment before taking late-day lower-timeframe imbalances, or do you pass on PM setups?
