What is your exact threshold for moving Stop Loss to Breakeven when trading a 1-minute Market Structure Shift?

Moving SL to BE too early can lead to premature stop-outs during pullbacks. Do you wait for a 1:2 R:R expansion, or do you shift to BE as soon as price breaks the nearest internal swing high/low?
