What is your exact policy on trailing Stop Loss behind lower-timeframe Order Blocks during a trending move?

Do you trail your SL behind every new 1-minute or 5-minute Order Block formed in the expansion direction, or do you keep the SL stationary until key liquidity targets are cleared?
