Refund Policies
How important is a refund policy when choosing a prop firm? Do you prefer firms that refund the challenge fee after your first payout, or does payout reliability matter more?

Payout reliability matters way more than refunds. I’d rather a firm that pays consistently than one that refunds the fee but is slow or denies payouts. Still, a refund after first payout is a nice bonus.
