What is your exact threshold for moving Stop Loss to Breakeven when trading a 5-minute Market Structure Shift?

Moving SL to BE too early can cause premature stop-outs during normal market retracements. Do you shift to BE immediately after price clears the first internal swing, or wait for a full 1:2 R:R displacement?
