What is your strategy for managing open intraday positions during the New York Session Close (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST)?

Volume decays rapidly during the final hour of the New York session. Do you manually close all open intraday trades before 4:00 PM EST or let stop loss / take profit levels run overnight?
