Are Double Tops and Head & Shoulders patterns actually designed as liquidity collection pools for big banks?
Textbooks teach millions of retail traders to place stops right above equal highs. Because every retail stop sits in the exact same spot, market makers drive price past those highs to trigger buys/buystops before reversing. Are retail patterns just heatmaps for institutional liquidity?
