Are island reversals still tradeable in modern markets?

Island reversals form when price gaps up or down, consolidates, then gaps back, leaving an isolated cluster. They signal strong reversals but are rare and gap-dependent. Futures and crypto produce them more than forex. Are island reversals still tradeable for you?
