Do pin bars work on crypto, or does volatility break them?

Crypto pin bars form fast during pumps and dumps but fail just as quickly. Higher timeframe pin bars hold better than intraday ones. Weekend moves ignore pin bar structure entirely. Do pin bars work on crypto for you?
