How do you trade Accumulation/Distribution divergence for reversals?

Bullish divergence forms when price makes lower lows while A/D rises. Bearish divergence forms when price makes higher highs while A/D falls. Divergence works across markets but needs structure confirmation. How do you trade A/D divergence?
