What criteria do you use to distinguish an ICT Inversion Fair Value Gap from a simple filled imbalance?

Inversion FVGs require price to trade completely through the gap and respect it from the opposite side. How many candle body closes beyond the gap boundary do you demand before marking it as inverted?
