Is it possible to trade successfully with a full-time job?

Not everyone can watch charts throughout the day. Traders with full-time jobs may need to focus on particular sessions, higher timeframes, or planned alerts. Can someone realistically become consistently profitable while working full-time, and what trading style would you recommend?
