Is trading from a smartphone practical for serious traders?

Mobile platforms make it possible to monitor positions and manage trades from almost anywhere. However, chart analysis and order management can be more difficult on a small screen. Do you think a smartphone is enough for a serious trading routine, or would you recommend using a computer whenever possible?
