PROP FIRM RULES SHOULD SHAPE YOUR RISK
When trading a funded or evaluation account, your first responsibility is to understand the firm's drawdown rules and any consistency requirements.
A $25K account does not mean you can safely risk large amounts on every NAS100 trade.
Your practical risk limit depends on the firm's daily loss limit, maximum drawdown, open-trade exposure, and the distance to your stop-loss.
If the firm has a consistency rule, understand exactly how it calculates your best day and required profit before choosing daily targets.
Do not risk more just because you want to pass faster. A slower, controlled evaluation is better than losing the account through unnecessary aggression.
