DO NOT CONFUSE A RETRACEMENT WITH A REVERSAL

A retracement is a move against the preceding price movement; it does not necessarily mean the trend has changed. On NAS100, price may pull back sharply before continuing higher. Look for evidence such as meaningful structure breaks and displacement before deciding that the larger direction has reversed.
