Should a trader stop after a loss even when the next setup is valid?
Taking a break can prevent impulsive decisions, but stopping automatically after one losing trade might mean abandoning a statistically valid strategy.

Would you use a fixed break after every loss, or only after identifying emotional or procedural mistakes? What measurable conditions would trigger your decision?
