Respect the Daily Range Limits (ADR)

Every asset has an Average Daily Range (ADR). Buying a breakout after an asset has already moved 150% of its ADR for the day significantly lowers your probability of success. Expect mean reversion or stagnation when daily volatility parameters are stretched.
