Relative Strength Index (RSI) Is Not a Reversal Magic Wand

An asset entering "oversold" territory on RSI does not mean it is time to buy. Strong, institutional downtrends can keep RSI locked in oversold territory for weeks while price drops another 50%. Wait for price structure confirmation, not indicator levels alone.
