Using Multiple Timeframes With Order Flow
Why I don't want my entry chart to tell the entire story.
A small footprint chart may reveal detailed execution activity, but it can be difficult to interpret without broader context.
For example, a bullish signal on a one-minute NQ chart may occur directly below a major resistance level visible on a higher timeframe.
That doesn't mean the bullish signal is useless. It means the location deserves attention.
A practical approach is to use a higher timeframe to identify the broader structure and important levels, then use a lower timeframe to study the entry.
The exact timeframes depend on the strategy.
The goal is to combine context with execution without filling the screen with so many charts that decision-making becomes confusing.
