Why I Mark the Previous Session's High and Low

Sachin Yadav

The previous session's high and low are useful reference points for NQ.

These levels help me organize the market before the session begins.

Price approaching a previous high could produce a breakout, a rejection, or continued consolidation.

A previous low presents similar possibilities in the opposite direction.

I don't assume these levels must act as support or resistance.

Instead, I watch how price behaves around them and whether the market accepts prices beyond the level or quickly returns to the previous range.

Having a few predefined reference points can also prevent me from drawing new lines every time price moves.

A clear map helps me focus on the market's reaction rather than improvising every decision.
