Should Payout Conditions Be Explained With Numerical Examples?

Terms such as profit split, minimum withdrawal and eligible profit can be difficult to interpret when presented only in text. Would numerical examples showing different account outcomes make payout policies clearer? What scenario would you want every firm to demonstrate before you purchase an account?
