Revenge Trading After a Loss
The most dangerous trade can be the one you take after a loss.
You lose a trade on NQ. Instead of accepting the result, you immediately look for another entry to recover the money.
Your next setup isn't as strong, but you take it anyway.
Why? Because you're no longer trading your strategy. You're trading your emotions.
Revenge trading often leads to excessive position sizing, poor entries, and ignored risk limits.
My rule is simple: after a loss that affects my emotional state, I pause before considering another trade.
The market doesn't owe me my money back.
My job is to execute my strategy, not force the next trade to repair the previous one.
