Why Previous Session Levels Still Matter
Yesterday's high, low, and closing area can provide useful reference points for today's session.
Traders may respond differently when price revisits these areas, especially if the market opens near them or approaches after a strong move.
But previous levels aren't magical support and resistance.
I watch whether price holds, rejects, or moves through them with acceptance. The reaction is more informative than simply drawing a line and assuming it will work.
