The Hidden Cost of Trading Too Frequently
Trading more doesn't automatically mean earning more.
Every additional trade creates another opportunity for mistakes, fees, slippage, and emotional decisions.
Even a strategy with a small statistical advantage can struggle if execution costs are ignored.
I prefer to track the quality of my setups rather than the number of times I click buy or sell.
If I'm taking trades simply because the market is open, that's a warning sign.
Sometimes reducing unnecessary trades is more valuable than finding another indicator.
