Why a Green P&L Doesn't Always Mean a Good Trading Day
A profitable day can still contain poor decisions.
Maybe I entered without confirmation, moved my stop, or increased my position size impulsively. The market happened to move in my favor.
If I judge the day only by the final P&L, I might accidentally reward behavior that could become expensive later.
I want to evaluate two things separately: financial outcome and execution quality.
A good trading process can produce a losing day, and a bad process can produce a winning one.
The difference matters over time.
