Not every market condition suits every trading strategy.

A setup might perform better in a directional session than in a narrow range. Another might work better near established boundaries than during fast news-driven movement.

Instead of trying to trade every environment, I review my results by session type, volatility, and setup location.

The goal is to identify where my evidence is strongest and where my approach struggles.

Knowing when not to trade can be just as important as knowing how to enter.
