Why I Avoid Trading Directly Into Major Resistance
Suppose NQ has been rallying and is approaching a well-defined resistance area.
Entering long immediately below that level may leave limited room before the next potential obstacle.
The trend could continue, but I need to consider where my trade idea might fail and where profit-taking could appear.
I watch whether price breaks through and accepts above resistance or shows signs of rejection.
A strong market doesn't mean every entry is good. Location still matters.
