Why I Don't Chase a Move After Missing the Entry
You identify a good NQ setup, hesitate for a few seconds, and suddenly price is several points away.
Now you're tempted to enter late because you don't want to miss the opportunity.
But the original risk-to-reward may no longer exist.
I remind myself that the market will offer more setups. I don't need to turn a missed entry into a poorly planned trade.
If price returns to a valid entry area, I can reassess. If it doesn't, I let the move go.
Discipline includes accepting missed opportunities.
