Why I Review Trades by Time of Day
My results may differ depending on when I trade.
The opening period can have a different volatility profile from midday, while the final part of the session can bring its own changes in activity.
Instead of assuming one time is always best, I record my setups and results by time of day.
I also account for the type of market and the strategy being used.
The goal is to find evidence about when my approach performs well, rather than follow a time-based rule simply because someone else recommends it.
