My Rule for Staying Consistent in Futures Trading
Consistency doesn't mean making money every day.
It means following a repeatable process even when the market is frustrating or the results are disappointing.
I define my setups, calculate risk before entering, respect my daily limits, and review my decisions after the session.
Some days I will win. Some days I will lose. Some days there may be no trade worth taking.
My focus is on controlling the decisions I can control rather than trying to force the market to deliver a particular result.
