What I Learn From Watching Price Fail at the Same Level Twice
Imagine NQ tests resistance, pulls back, and then returns to the same area.
The second test can provide new information, but it doesn't guarantee that resistance will break.
I observe whether buyers are making more progress, whether sellers continue to defend the area, and whether price is spending more time near the level.
Repeated tests can change the balance of the auction, but the outcome remains uncertain.
Rather than predicting the result, I plan for both a successful breakout and another rejection.
