Why I Track the Time Between Entry and Exit

The time a trade remains open can reveal useful information about my strategy.

Do winning trades usually work quickly? Do losing trades tend to remain open while I hope for a recovery? Am I closing valid setups too early?

I record trade duration alongside entry, exit, risk, and result.

The goal isn't to force every trade to last a certain amount of time.

It's to understand whether my trade management matches the behavior of the setups I'm taking.
