Why I Review My Worst Trades First
My best trades can be satisfying to review, but my worst trades often reveal more about my weaknesses.
I look for late entries, oversized positions, ignored stops, revenge trading, and setups that didn't meet my criteria.
Then I ask what could have prevented each mistake.
Was the problem a missing rule, a rule I ignored, or a normal loss that I need to accept?
The purpose isn't to criticize myself.
It's to turn specific mistakes into lessons I can apply to future sessions.
