Why I Don't Treat Every Red Number as a Problem
Seeing a negative number on the trading screen can create an immediate urge to act.
But not every fluctuation requires a decision.
For an open trade, I follow the plan and distinguish normal price movement from genuine invalidation.
For a completed trade, I review the outcome rather than trying to change the past.
The number matters, but my reaction matters too.
Learning to respond deliberately instead of automatically can help prevent small problems from becoming larger ones.
