The Difference Between Watching the Market and Understanding It

I can stare at NQ for hours and still learn very little.

Understanding requires asking specific questions.

Why did price reject that level? Did aggressive buying produce progress? Did the breakout hold? Was the move occurring in a trend or a range?

Then I record what happened and compare it with my expectations.

Passive screen time isn't the same as deliberate study.

The goal is to observe with a purpose and turn those observations into testable lessons.
