Quiet sessions test patience in a different way.

There may be little follow-through, repeated reversals, and candles that look meaningful but lead nowhere.

Instead of forcing a strategy designed for momentum, I need to recognize the environment. Sometimes the most useful observation is that the market isn't offering my preferred conditions today.
