My worst entries often reveal more about my habits than my best trades do.

Was I chasing? Did I enter before confirmation? Was the stop too far away? Did I trade because I was bored?

Reviewing these patterns helps me identify a specific behavior to improve. I don't need to fix everything at once; I need to stop repeating the mistakes I can recognize.
