Consecutive losses are difficult, but they are not always proof that a strategy has stopped working.

Even a strategy with a genuine edge can experience losing streaks.

I need to know my historical drawdowns, follow my daily risk limits, and avoid increasing size just to recover. The objective is to survive normal losing periods without allowing them to become account-threatening events.
