Should Traders Increase Risk After a Winning Streak?

A winning streak may reflect good execution, favourable conditions, or ordinary statistical variation. Some traders increase position size with confidence, while others keep risk fixed. In my view, risk should follow predefined rules rather than excitement. Would you increase risk after several wins?
