good loss vs bad loss
Do you still label every loss as either “good” or “bad” depending on whether you followed the plan? How useful has that distinction remained over time, and does it genuinely help you separate process from outcome when the account is red? I’m interested in whether the label still carries weight after hundreds of trades or if it eventually becomes automatic.
