Open position Anxiety

When you carry a trade overnight, how much mental bandwidth does it consume after hours? Have you found that the stress sometimes outweighs the potential reward of holding?

Overnight trades can consume a lot of mental energy, especially when I keep checking the charts or worrying about unexpected market moves. Sometimes, the stress outweighs the potential reward, particularly when the setup no longer justifies the risk. I prefer to use a clear stop-loss, appropriate position sizing, and predefined exit rules. If a trade costs me my peace of mind, I reassess the risk rather than let emotions control my decisions.
