Should prop firms offer a cooling-off period after purchase

Some customers may purchase an evaluation impulsively and later realise they haven't fully understood the rules or costs. A clearly defined cooling-off policy could provide a chance to reconsider, subject to fair terms and applicable law. Would you support such a policy, and what limitations would make it practical?
