Should Traders Set a Personal Minimum Payout Before Withdrawing?

Very small withdrawals may not be worthwhile once you account for transfer expenses and the time needed to process them. Would you establish a minimum withdrawal amount for yourself, or withdraw whenever the firm's terms permit?
